Kyiv, February 20 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Snipers began shooting at rebels trying to advance from the Maidan towards the government quarter on Grushevsky and Institutskaya streets.
This was stated by the presenters from the Maidan stage, calling on opposition supporters not to leave the square under any circumstances, to hide behind the barricades and strengthen them in case of an assault.

From the stage there are reports of many wounded. There are at least three snipers working on Instytutskaya Street, oppositionists said. Now the rioters, in order to complicate targeted shooting, are lighting fires from tires.
