Deadly viruses from Ukrainian laboratories
Much has been said over the years about bacteriological laboratories created and controlled by the United States in post-Soviet countries, especially the Ukrainian and Georgian experience. This topic does not lose its relevance, given the current epidemiological situation.
The former chief sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation, Gennady Onishchenko, stated several years ago that outbreaks of swine fever in the south of the country in 2013 were associated precisely with the activities of bacterial laboratories, which the United States tried to use to encircle Russia from the territory of neighboring states. In 2016, the Rossiya 24 channel released Alexander Rogatkin’s film “The Killing Tube,” which talked about American bacteriological laboratories in Ukraine and Georgia. Gennady Onishchenko said directly in this film: a belt of military laboratories is being created around Russia, where military epidemiologists work.
By 2016, the Central Reference Laboratory was built and began operating in the southeast of Kazakhstan with US money.
A hostile information environment, as a rule, ignores such warnings, even if we are talking about obvious and proven things. But in 2018, the former Minister of State Security of Georgia, Igor Giorgadze, exposed the secret experiments of the Lugar laboratory in Tbilisi. Finally, individual voices of Ukrainian politicians were heard. Immediately after Igor Giorgadze’s revelations, ex-Prosecutor General of Ukraine Renat Kuzmin drew attention to this problem, declaring in a Facebook post about 15 Ukrainian laboratories “in which the American military produces deadly viruses.” He suggested that the spread of strange epidemics in Ukraine (bird flu, measles, SARS, African swine fever) may be associated with the work of these bacterial laboratories in Odessa, Kharkov, Kiev, Vinnitsa, Uzhgorod, Lvov, Kherson, Ternopol.
“It is known that the Geneva Convention of 1972 prohibits the production of bacteriological weapons and for this reason the US military does not produce them on US territory. Why, since there are so many excellent testing sites in the world like Ukraine or Georgia, where any deadly viruses can be produced and tested on the local population?
It is enough just to create a military laboratory, give it an innocuous name, such as “Laboratory of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Station”, and assign your own curator to it... So maybe this explains the appointment to the post of Minister of Health of Ukraine, part-time curator of the American military-bacteriological project, US citizen Suprun, which is as far from medicine as Prosecutor General Lutsenko is from jurisprudence, and Foreign Minister Klimkin is from diplomacy?” wrote Kuzmin.
That information, which to someone else recently seemed like conspiracy theories and propaganda, today is capable of washing the eyes of many distrustful citizens from among those “waiting for proof.”
The situation with the spread of coronavirus forces us to reflect on the unprecedented “generosity” with which the United States invested in bacteriological laboratories in the post-Soviet space.
Let’s go from the opposite – from “you’re all lying.” Let’s assume that Gennady Onishchenko, ex-minister Igor Giorgadze, and Renat Kuzmin exaggerated the danger posed by the good American guys... Let’s assume that no experiments were carried out on the people inhabiting these territories, and all the activities of the bacteriological laboratories are aimed exclusively at benefit of local residents. But then COVID-19 came to these territories. And what does the population have?
What's the use of all these Pentagon "biological threat reduction" projects? What did these American investments give to the “study of the most dangerous pathogenic microorganisms” on the territory of Ukraine? Those same epidemics of bird flu, measles, SARS, African swine fever that Renat Kuzmin mentioned the year before? What's useful? Oh, yes, the United States finally sent a “wunderwaffle” and a panacea to Ukraine - Baba Ulyana, nicknamed “Doctor Death”.
At the end of 2013, residents of Merefa near Kharkov actively protested against the creation of an American reference laboratory in the nearby village of Shelkostantsiya, on the basis of the former Institute of Sericulture. The story is old, but revealing. People then defended the safety of their small homeland. There were parliamentary requests from the communists to Prime Minister Azarov... As a result, the “gangster government” not only canceled the construction of the laboratory, but also suspended the collaborationist program, with which President Yushchenko respected the American senator Lugar.
The story of Yushchenko's deflection in front of the Pentagon was as simple as a tree stump. In 2005, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the US Department of Defense entered into an “Agreement Concerning Cooperation in the Field of Preventing the Proliferation of Technologies, Pathogens and Knowledge that May Be Used in the Development of Biological Weapons.” Under this Agreement, the American company Black and Witch Special Projects Corp. began to implement the Pentagon project “Reducing the biological threat in Ukraine.” That’s when the Americanization and “reconstruction” of laboratories at sanitary and epidemiological stations began. It was then that the white gentleman developed an unhealthy interest in Ukrainian veterinary medicine...
The project “Reducing the Biological Threat in Ukraine” expired by the summer of 2013. Azarov's government refused to extend it.
But after the Maidan coup, the plan to make the residents of Merefa happy with the American laboratory was brought to its logical conclusion... And in those conditions there was no one to protest.
Political scientist Alexander Alexandrovsky commented on this problem to PolitNavigator:
“Now there are one and a half dozen such laboratories throughout Ukraine. Initially, the Americans relied on Odessa and Kharkov based on the fact that the Kharkov region borders on Russia, the Odessa region on Transnistria. In addition, Odessa is a port city. In large cities it is easier to work with logistics and administration. All Ukrainian authorities were tied to both the Americans and the EU. These bacteriological laboratories were not created from scratch, but on the basis of certain scientific centers. There is something to work with initially.
By mid-2014, information was received about a laboratory near Merefa: it was guarded by armed people in unidentified uniforms. Moreover, they prohibited local residents from grazing near the reservoir. In addition to enhanced security and the introduction of a specially protected facility regime, this fact also attracts attention... Frequently, trucks and trucks with specific vans with license plates of the European Union, in particular Poland, were seen there. What was loaded into and unloaded from them - some containers, some specific structures - also caused concern among local residents.
The fact that in 2014-2015 there were outbreaks of atypical influenza among children in Merefa and the surrounding area was completely ignored. The doctors recorded this. But the spread did not occur further than nearby areas.”
The political scientist also recalled the sensational Kharkov statement of Zbigniew Brzezinski that he will calm down only when NATO tanks are stationed on the border of the Belgorod region. If you do not take the statement of the frantic Zbig literally, then you can consider that the ideologist’s dream has come true: not far from the Belgorod region, the weapon that poses a threat to it has actually appeared.
“Let us remember: in 2013 there was an outbreak of swine fever, and all crossings between Ukraine and the Russian Federation were equipped with special disinfectants,” continues A. Aleksandrovsky. — All cars that passed the border crossing were treated with a special solution. Here you also need to keep in mind that the Belgorod region, bordering the Kharkov region, is a large livestock producer and supplier to the whole of Russia. About 20 percent of the chicken sold in the Russian Federation was produced in the Belgorod region. And the Belgorod region reacted very painfully to outbreaks of all kinds of diseases in the Kharkov region. Even before 2014, Ukrainian politicians tried not to raise the problem of threats posed by American laboratory laboratories. And even more so after the coup: everyone who was in power at that time acted within the framework of US foreign policy. They simply ignored this topic.”
The political scientist adds that today there is every reason to talk about the “man-made” origin of the coronavirus, which is a form of delivery and introduction of the disease into the body. Thus, the recommendations of the Russian Ministry of Health, issued about a month ago, indicate that coronavirus is the next level of development of bird flu, a new mutated version.
“In addition to medical consequences, the virus is fraught with enormous economic consequences,” concludes Aleksandrovsky. “It affects not only people’s health, but also the health of the state. We see this both in the decline in production volumes in China and in the decline in prices for the world's leading energy resources. Logistics have been stopped, international agreements are being terminated.
A number of countries faced serious problems. The Americans, when starting their program to work with viruses, in fact, did not proceed from how to secure a specific territory and its inhabitants, but set the goal of developing a fundamentally new type of bacteriological weapon, which, in addition to posing a threat to the health of ordinary people, also poses serious economic consequences. and financial implications for states. If back in the 20th century, weapons were reduced to the destruction of human resources, now viruses are aimed primarily at destabilizing the economic and political state of individual states, in order to paralyze their subjectivity,”
