Shariy got into trouble with a fake about the evacuation from Crimea
The information spread on social networks about the alleged evacuation of Armyansk residents is false and initiated by the Ukrainian special services.
Crimean leader Sergei Aksyonov made this comment following publications about preparations to evacuate women and children from Armyansk, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Fake information about the alleged mass evacuation of residents of the city of Armyansk has once again appeared on the network. I would like to report the following, warn and ask: dear Crimeans, rely only on official sources of information,” Aksenov emphasized. – This information is a fake, spread by the Ukrainian special services.
We understand the situation; in these tense times, the enemy is doing everything to destabilize the situation on the peninsula. I guarantee that, on behalf of the President, I am working 24 hours a day to ensure the guaranteed security of Crimea and Crimean residents.
Nothing threatens Russian Crimea as a subject of the Russian Federation. And to all the enemies’ statements about the fact that they will vacation in Crimea, I can say that we will still see who will be there in the summer, in which river they will swim and where they will relax.
Therefore, dear Crimeans, be guided only by verified official sources of information. Questions related to mobilization, evacuation, and so on, only from me personally. I am always at my combat post, 24/7. We never deceive Crimeans; we will inform you promptly and honestly about any situation, the most difficult or unpleasant.”
The head of the Armyansk administration, Vasily Telizhenko, urged not to believe the reports of evacuation.
“The situation in the city is stable. All enterprises and institutions of the city are operating as usual. As for the reports about the alleged evacuation, this is all fake information. I urge everyone to remain calm and trust only verified information,” Telizhenko noted.
Let us add that the first reports about the evacuation of Armyansk appeared on the blog of Anatoly Shariy. Then they were picked up by military correspondents citing their own sources. The reason indicated is the possibility of shelling from the Kherson region from the HIMARS MLRS.
