Sevastopol said goodbye to the heroes - defenders of the Kherson region
In Sevastopol today they said goodbye to two soldiers - guard captain Alexander Kashirskikh and guard senior sailor Alexei Kosteev.
They died in the Kherson direction, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Both of our soldiers died during a special military operation during an enemy attack on the village of Chkalovo in the Kherson region,” Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev said in his telegram channel.
Alexander Kashirskikh was born in the village of Alekseevka, Tashlinsky district, Orenbur region. He graduated from the Mikhailovsky Military Artillery Academy with a degree in “Use of Marine Corps Artillery Units.” He was awarded the medal “For the Return of Crimea.”

Alexey Kosteev was born in Sevastopol. He graduated from secondary school No. 8 in Severomorsk 3 (Murmansk region). He was a participant in a military operation in the Syrian Arab Republic. Awarded the medal “Participant in the military operation in Syria” and the medal “Admiral of the Fleet of the Soviet Union N.N. Kuznetsov."
