In Sevastopol, they said goodbye to another soldier of the 810th separate guards marine brigade of the Black Sea Fleet.
The captain and commander of the reconnaissance platoon of the reconnaissance battalion, Alexei Okhota, was seen off on his final journey, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Since 2013, he served in our 810th separate marine brigade,” said Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. – He was the commander of a sniper platoon, then became the commander of a reconnaissance company, a platoon, and the commander of an air assault company. He served bravely and was assigned to increasingly responsible areas. Since 2018, he became the commander of the reconnaissance platoon of the reconnaissance battalion.”
Alexey Okhota died heroically during a special operation in Ukraine, just like his commander of the 810th Separate Guards Order of Zhukov Guard Marine Brigade, Colonel Alexey Sharov.
