Village and people: A rebellion is brewing against Zelensky

It is unacceptable to sell Ukrainian land to foreigners, as envisaged by the start of sales of Ukrainian black soils announced by Vladimir Zelensky’s team.

This was stated by Tatyana Korost, director of the Mayak agricultural firm, at a roundtable discussion in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“When I read (the bill on the turnover of agricultural land), I read the first words, but didn’t read further. It says there - sell to foreigners and everyone else. What are we talking about? This is a national wealth that belongs to the entire Ukrainian people.

I want our investment protected. We have been investing in our land for 20 years. Into fertility, into the creation of the production sphere. Who will protect my investments that I made when they come to buy this land? - said Korost.
