“This is the first time we’ve encountered something like this”: Terrorists receive government orders from the SBU
Terrorist activity in Russia is of a fundamentally new nature.
Deputy Adalbi Shkhagoshev announced this today on the sidelines of the Russian State Duma, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The sabotage work that is being carried out on the territory of the Russian Federation, in those territories that have joined the Russian Federation, is something new. The novelty lies in the fact that sabotage groups and terrorist organizations practically receive state orders from the SBU to carry out terrorist attacks on Russian territory.
Some terrorist attacks have already been committed. The Ministry of Internal Affairs records that Ukraine is recruiting people to commit terrorist acts from among international terrorist organizations around the world. This is a very bad symptom, because this is practically the first time the fight against terrorism has encountered this,” Shkhagoshev said.
He believes that in the current circumstances it is necessary to pay special attention to migration policy in the Russian Federation.
“Given current circumstances, it is very important that the rules for the entry and stay of migrants in the Russian Federation must be carefully monitored. Now this is of double importance, because terrorist organizations have always used migration flows and migration logistics in order to recruit certain saboteurs to carry out terrorist activities,” Shkhagoshev said.
