Russian writer predicted the murder of Tymoshenko
We cannot discount the toughest option for the candidate who poses the maximum threat to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in the elections.
Russian politician and writer-publicist Nikolai Starikov stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Poroshenko, strictly speaking, is not an autocratic president. The Americans gave him a label to reign in the Ukraine they occupied, so the issue of starting a war is not decided by Poroshenko, but in Washington.
Poroshenko needs victory in the elections, so his American advisers, just like Yanukovych, are suggesting a simple multi-step: entering the second round with a candidate against whom Yanukovych, or as Poroshenko today, will look very good to voters. And in my opinion, Poroshenko is beginning to play out this scenario,” the writer said.
“Won’t they try to eliminate Tymoshenko and blame it all on Russia? To win, Poroshenko will have to, if necessary, shoot real candidates,” said presenter Vladimir Solovyov.
“We will fix this question in an analogue of our program. In fact, the toughest option for the candidate who poses the greatest threat to Poroshenko cannot be discounted,” Nikolai Starikov agreed.
