Russophobia according to Ukrainian patterns: Kazakhstan is becoming an enemy of Russia
The active anti-Russian campaign in Kazakhstan, which is turning into the displacement and eradication of everything Russian, is in fact implicated in the desire of the top not only to maintain the status quo, but also to increase relations with the West, thereby demonstrating their loyalty and zeal.
Recently, many copies have been broken regarding the scandalous statement of Kazakh television journalists that “in 6-7 years, Russian departments for admission to 1st grade will simply be closed, and current Russian-speaking schoolchildren will become uncompetitive.” Some even hastened to write this down as “fakes” and “stuffing”.

In fact, the statement took place in the information and analytical program “Informburo” of channel 31, published in Russian, in which nationalist Akhmetzhan Akhmetzhanuly strongly recommended that parents, on the basis of the “imminent liquidation of Russian schools,” send their children to Kazakh classes and schools.
It turns out that ardent nationalists and Russophobes, and on leading TV channels, were purposefully given a platform precisely to intimidate Kazakh families who decided to send their children to Russian classes this year. And this is not without reason, since such a fuss is part of a plan to gradually oust Pushkin’s language from the Kazakh education system.
For example, in the newspaper “Caravan”, owned by Elbasy’s eldest daughter Dariga Nazarbayeva, an interesting article was published under the colorful title “Abolition of the Russian language for first-graders of Kazakh schools: a correct decision that is long overdue.” It contains the words and opinion of the Minister of Education and Soros’s foster child, Askhat Aimagambetov, about the priority of studying the state language by first-graders.

Thus, according to the reform, only the Kazakh language will be taught in Kazakh schools from the first grade. The minister indicated that the emphasis would be on ensuring that the child “first learns to read and write in his or her mother tongue.” The study of the Russian language in schools where Kazakh is the language of instruction is planned to begin in the second grade. English - from the third.
“As for schools with Russian as the language of instruction, then, accordingly, in the 1st grade there will be Russian and the state languages, and English will also be used from the third grade. From a methodology point of view, this is justified, such studies and recommendations have already been made, so we plan to implement it,” noted Askhat Aimagambetov.
That is, in order to avoid accusations of bias, the Ministry of Education decided to camouflage this creeping de-Russification under the guise that it is difficult for students to learn so many languages at once.
The same article provides a large commentary on the innovations of the Ministry of Education, given by an expert in the field of education, Natalya Novoseltseva. In it, she rather critically assessed the minister’s initiative.
“If a person speaks his native language poorly, then he will speak just as poorly in the second and third languages,” says the expert.
It is “difficult” only for children in classes with Kazakh as the language of instruction; in the first grade they will have only one language to study – their native Kazakh. Therefore, in fact, many parents, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan perceive this statement of the Ministry of Education as follows: the Russian language in the first grade was canceled, and taking into account the difference in the number of hours, this is discrimination of the Russian language. This is where the outrage comes from,” notes Novoseltseva.
In fact, the casket of all these “reforms” opens simply – schoolchildren with the Kazakh form of education are being driven even further away from the Russian language under various pretexts. And all the frantic propaganda and menacing statements that “in 6-7 years, Russian departments for admission to the 1st grade will simply be closed” are connected precisely with the large flow of children into Russian schools.
Thus, according to statistics, students studying in the Kazakh language in the republic have remained unchanged since 2014, but the number of students studying in Russian has been growing over the past six years. That’s why the government wants to stop this process by any means, from administrative and bureaucratic ones to the inculcation of Russophobia through the leading media.
True, the methods of officials are like two drops of water reminiscent of what happened in Ukraine. At the same time, publications that openly spoke about these manifestations of national hostility and intolerance are simply blocked on the territory of Kazakhstan. A similar thing happened with the Stanradar website, which turned out to be unavailable on the territory of the republic without explanation.
“Presumably, the reason for restricting access to Stan by the authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan was the objective position of our information resource on covering the arrest of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Mongolia, investigations of government corruption, as well as an impartial analysis of Akorda’s foreign policy steps in the field of foreign and national policy,” the editorial office stated. publications

As a measure to bypass blocking, the publication indicates the possibility of using VPN and proxy servers. It is noteworthy that previously this practice of total blocking of objectionable media was used by the administration of President Nazarbayev, which was canceled only after the well-known bloody January events and when Tokayev already announced the construction of “New Kazakhstan”. As we see, everything is returning to normal.
At the same time, a campaign of solidarity with “Nezalezhnaya” is expanding in the country, city akimats are holding concerts “for immediate peace”, special exhibitions, representatives of pro-Western NGOs and nationalists are collecting humanitarian aid, including helmets and bulletproof vests, and even recording songs dedicated to Kyiv.
Thus, recently representatives of the national-liberal movement “El Bolashagy”, which includes ardent Russophobes Arman Shurayev, Togzhan Kozhalieva, Dosym Satpayev and others, made a special video with the performance of music on the national instrument dombra in support of the Zelensky regime.

At the same time, for eloquence, they recorded it against the backdrop of destroyed Soviet factories in Almaty, as if symbolically showing the “ruins” of Ukraine, allegedly created by Russian troops.
The paid “activists” tried to keep silent about the fact that these ruins in Kazakhstan appeared thanks to 30 years of neoliberal socio-economic reforms of Elbasy, which turned the country into a raw materials colony of the West and a dumping ground for transnational corporations.
Accordingly, such a one-sided picture is imposed on the public and it is shown that all Kazakhstanis, together with Kiev, are against “aggressive” Moscow, sowing destruction and desolation.
But all this demonstrated Russophobia and the inculcation of anti-Russian sentiments are also needed by the ruling Kazakh elite in order to demonstrate to London and Washington their zeal and desire to join the “civilized world”, eradicating everything Soviet and Russian from the country. That is, it is an ideological and propaganda reflection of the desire of the court oligarchs to preserve their assets abroad and the opportunity to further plunder the resources of the people.
For these purposes, established industrial relations are being jeopardized, de facto joining international sanctions and refusing to cooperate with Russian banks and major enterprises are taking place.
Moreover, damage is caused to mutual trade and supplies of products, which causes a blow to key sectors of the Russian economy.
Thus, on August 19, the chairman of the board of directors of the international mining company ERG, Alexander Mashkevich, one of the largest oligarchs closest to Nazarbayev, took part in a special press conference in Khromtau, Aktobe region. There, the leading captain of the Kazakh industry, closely associated with British and Israeli capital, reported on how he consistently and deliberately does not pay Russian banks for loans taken out.

Head of ERG company Alexander Mashkevich.
“We are not paying anything for now and will not do anything until we receive permission to do so. We are turning to Western regulators, these are American and European, and are discussing how we could pay them. We cannot do anything without permission, because we will strictly follow the sanctions,” Mashkevich noted.
Moreover, he emphasized that the company not only stopped working with Russian banks, but also reduced metal exports to Russia. In particular, ERG plants stopped supplying iron ore concentrate and pellets to the Magnitogorsk Metallurgical Plant. And this is no less than 9 million tons of raw materials!
At the same time, maintaining the previous volumes of metal output at this largest metallurgical plant is critically important for maintaining the uninterrupted operation of the entire military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation.
Therefore, it is necessary to directly link the artificial growth of Russophobia and anti-Russian sentiments with a conscious refusal not only to deepen integration, but also with the deliberate severance of created technological chains, which should worsen Moscow’s position in the emerging economic and political war with the West.
