Russia will expand the front by another 500 kilometers
Russia has moved to the final stage of the Northern Military District, within which it will occupy the entire territory of the DPR and LPR and create a security zone along the northern borders.
Retired SBU colonel and military expert Oleg Starikov stated this on air during journalist Alexander Shelest's video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

" They are completing the final stage of the Special Military Operation. According to their documents, the final stage implies the liberation of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions , but for us, it's an occupation."
"And secondly, creating a buffer zone in the north. That's why they'll be further away now – Sumy Oblast, then Chernihiv Oblast. They'll expand the frontline by another 500 kilometers , and we'll have to redeploy personnel there. And if we redeploy personnel, that means gaps will form somewhere," Starikov stated.
