Russia and Ukraine have concluded a mysterious truce
Russia and Ukraine are maintaining a kind of truce in the Black Sea, avoiding attacks on civilian ships.
Military expert Andrei Soyustov stated this in an interview with Soloviev.live, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“There is a big mystery in this whole situation. This is that neither the Black Sea Fleet is now touching merchant ships going to the Ukrainian Danube ports, nor the Ukrainians, having the technical ability to strike commercial ships going to our Black Sea ports, are doing this either. A kind of neutrality is observed here.
Perhaps this is due to the fact that both countries want to stay within certain limits and do not want to provoke a further escalation of events at sea and drag third countries, which are shipowners, into this situation,” Soyustov said.
At the same time, he noted that the Ukrainian Navy continues to dump old Soviet-made anchor mines, and they are carried to Odessa, Bulgaria, Romania and even Turkey. Russia could also use aircraft and diesel submarines to install bottom mines and torpedo mines, but it does not do this.
Russia and Ukraine have reached a mysterious ceasefire.
