Sevastopol, April 04 (PolitNavigator, Viktor Orlov) – Russia will revive the capacity of the Sevastopol Marine Plant, which was owned by Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko before nationalization.
Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin stated this during a visit to Sevmorzavod.
“We decided to relaunch the workshops of the legendary plant, update the equipment and return shipbuilders and interesting orders to production,” he wrote on Facebook.

The official also published several photographs of Sevmorzavod, proving that Poroshenko did not invest money in modernization.
“The Sevastopol shipyard, which was owned by Poroshenko, was never repaired during the entire time that Crimea was part of Ukraine,” stated Rogozin.
Previously, a version was put forward that Poroshenko deliberately led the plant to bankruptcy in order to use its areas on the seashore for the development of luxury housing.
