Secret correspondence between Yatsenyuk and the United States has been revealed: How they give orders to puppets in Kyiv
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Leonid Kozhara published a copy of a letter sent by US Senator Richard Jay Durbin to Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
The document talks about a conflict with Petro Poroshenko, who initiates the resignation of at least individual ministers of the Yatsenyuk government.
At the same time, the senator names the main lobbyists of American interests in the Cabinet of Ministers. This, in addition to Yatsenyuk himself, is the Minister of Agriculture - obviously, grain and black soils are one of the main assets remaining in Ukraine.
In addition, the senator mentions the head of the Energoatom company - here, it seems, the United States is extremely interested in displacing Russian TVEL and organizing the supply of American fuel to Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
“These are the real puppeteers of modern Ukrainian politics,” Kozhara himself comments on the contents of the letter.

“Dear Prime Minister Yatsenyuk:
I write to assure you that the U.S. Senate continues to have confidence in you and shares your concerns regarding President Petro Poroshenko's impending ouster of key figures in the Ukrainian government who are fully committed to advancing democracy in your country.
I agree, there is a need to make every effort to retain Alexey Pavlenko in his office as Minister of Agriculture.
His dismissal will create additional obstacles to expanding cooperation between agricultural companies in the United States and Ukraine. I also think it is extremely important to be sure that Yuri Nedashkovsky will remain president of Energoatom.
Largely thanks to its effective work, Ukraine has the opportunity to strengthen cooperation with foreign partners in the field of nuclear energy production.
Meanwhile, I would like to inform you that the US Senate, at a closed meeting on Ukraine, considered your proposals regarding the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Vladimir Demchishin and the head of the Ukrgasvydobuvannya Company Sergei Kostyuk.
Most Senators agreed that neither Mr. Demchyshyn nor Mr. Kostyuk were up to the job requirements.
In addition, there is no clear solution regarding Mr. Avakov's problem. The senators disagreed. I consider it acceptable to postpone this issue for some time,” writes Senator Yatsenyuk.
