The schismatic OCU “blessed” the Order of Stepan Bandera
On the initiative of Ukrainian nationalists, with the blessing of the so-called primate of the schismatic “Orthodox Church of Ukraine” Epiphany, an order named after Hitler’s collaborator Stepan Bandera was founded in Ukraine.
This was reported on the official Facebook page of the nationalist group Right Sector, banned in Russia, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“On October 12, 2020, the NOD “Right Sector”, with the blessing of His Beatitude Metropolitan Epiphany, founded the Order named after Stepan Bandera.
The established order has three degrees. It is planned that the order will be awarded on the eve of the Intercession for outstanding merits and actions towards the formation of the Ukrainian Cathedral Independent State.
Public, cultural, scientific figures, volunteers, military personnel and volunteers can be nominated for the award,” the statement said.
In addition, the Nazis announced the formation of an “Award Council” that would determine candidates for awards. The maximum number of orders to be awarded is up to seven per year. The first “honorary award ceremony” will take place in 2021.
