The presidents of Russia and Ukraine, Vladimir Putin and Petro Poroshenko, shook hands when meeting in Paris at the Normandy Four summit.

The video appeared on French President François Hollande's Instagram account.
“We are discussing the situation in Ukraine with Angela Merkel, Vladimir Putin and Petro Poroshenko,” Hollande commented.
The topic of discussion, as before, is the conflict in Donbass. The parties will discuss how to prevent further escalation of the conflict, as well as the issue of elections in Donbass according to the “Morel Plan” and a number of other topics.
At the moment, negotiations are taking place behind closed doors.
