“Yes, of course, polarization is happening, I believe, both in the world and within the country, that this will only be beneficial, because everything unnecessary, harmful and everything that interferes with moving forward will be rejected, we will gain momentum, the pace development, because modern development can only be based on sovereignty. All our steps are aimed at strengthening sovereignty.
This is the first thing, and the second and most important thing, I want to emphasize this again, we have not started anything in terms of military operations, but are only trying to finish it,” Putin said.
