Avakov's dogs have been preparing to clean up Donbass for two years
The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has been training special forces for two years to restore Ukrainian power in Donbass.
Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko stated this during a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Regarding the specific actions of the police and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the ATO zone, now the Joint Forces Operation zone. Two years ago, by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, we created a working group whose task was to prepare the Ministry of Internal Affairs to work in the liberated territories in case there is peace and the Russian Federation leaves the territory of the occupied Donbass. This work is led by Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Ivan Varchenko.
In short, we have prepared plans under which police officers, rescuers and representatives of other organizations will be sent to liberate territories from occupation in order to begin to restore Ukrainian power there,” Gerashchenko said.
Back in 2018, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov, after returning from the United States, presented a “plan for the return of Donbass”, according to which Kiev planned, with the support of the “blue helmets”, to gradually seize control over parts of the LDPR, where Ukrainian police forces would be introduced and elections would be held according to Ukrainian laws to form legal from the point of view of Avakov, the authorities.
At the same time, Ukrainian security forces will carry out repressions against militia members under the pretext of their “war crimes”; a “law on collaborators” will be adopted, Avakov also announced.
