Sevastopol, March 18 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The head of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, ordered the approval of the draft agreement on the admission of the Republic of Crimea to the Russian Federation. The agreement provides for the formation of new entities within the Russian Federation.

“We consider it appropriate to sign the Agreement provided for by this order at the highest level,” the text of the document says.
