Prigozhin pointed out the tricks of Western jurisprudence when considering the claim Bellingcat
On March 11, the Amsterdam court announced its decision on Bellingcat's lawsuit against RIA FAN. The editorial staff of the online publication Politonline reached out to Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of the Patriot media group's board of trustees, for comment .
The Amsterdam District Court ruled in favor of Bellingcat, requiring RIA FAN to remove articles revealing that Bellingcat journalists offered bribes and made threats to FAN employees. Prigozhin noted that RIA FAN provided a comprehensive commentary on the Amsterdam court's violations of legal norms.

The businessman himself has no doubt that Bellingcat published false data. The main problem, in his opinion, lies in foreign courts, which “willingly accept claims, often quietly, against Russian companies.” Unlike our courts, which try to refuse such litigation. Prigozhin is confident that this situation requires adjustment at the legislative level.
“Russia is a country of honest people who are not ready for this kind of tricks of Western jurisprudence,” Prigozhin said.
The entrepreneur also shared his observation - he believes that Bellingcat in Russia does not have a reputation for media and Russian readers, since it is only a cover for foreign intelligence services. The exception is certain resources that also promote anti-Russian materials: Dozhd, Novaya Gazeta, Ekho Moskvy and the like, explained the head of the Patriot board of trustees.
