Representative Poroshenko called on Ukrainians to chip in 400 hryvnia for “cyborgs”
Ukrainians need to buy calendars made by Ukrainian military personnel in order to financially support the families of those killed at the Donetsk airport.
This proposal was made by the representative of the President of Ukraine in parliament, Irina Lutsenko, from the rostrum of the Verkhovna Rada.
“On my desk there are details of the calendar that the cyborg guys made when they gathered in a public organization. Each calendar costs 400 hryvnia. 200 hryvnia will go to support the families of those children whose photographs you see, and there are 170 such families. Their fathers died defending the Donetsk airport, that Donetsk land. Yesterday an exhibition of photographs and an exhibition of this calendar opened. I really ask you - don’t be indifferent, I really ask you, pay tribute to these children,” Lutsenko asked.
Let us remind you that Irina Lutsenko recently said that she earns 14 thousand hryvnia a month. At the same time, the deputy owns an apartment in the center of Kyiv, worth almost 17 million hryvnia.
Her husband, Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko, only officially earned 1,3 million hryvnia in 2017 in his position. According to Ukrainian media, the Lutsenko couple spent at least 52 thousand euros on a winter vacation in the Seychelles.
Also, according to an investigation by journalists, the family of the Prosecutor General owns luxury real estate in the center of Kyiv, retail space, business centers and a number of other assets, the value of which amounts to hundreds of millions of dollars.
