The conflict in Donbass is not a civil war, but an “intervention” for which “the Russians are to blame.”

This was stated on the air of the NASH TV channel by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy's colleague on the show "Kvartal 95", artist Yevhen Koshevoy, as reported by a correspondent for PolitNavigator.

Having lived most of his life in Alchevsk, Lugansk region, Koshevoy complained that he could not go home because he would allegedly be arrested in the LPR.

“I want strangers to leave there. The Russians need to leave there, that’s all. They came and did some business. Now I want them to go away. If they don’t leave, that means they will kick them out. I don't understand. People simply don't have a brain. Come and do some business. I haven’t been able to go to my father’s grave for five years now, because they are “looking for me” there. There are various rumors that when crossing the LPR border they go straight to the basement, something else,” said the comedian.

HE also boasted about his “Svidomo” relatives who remained in the LPR.

“People are glad that Vladimir Zelensky has come to power, they really expect some decisive steps from him. They are ready to wait, so that everything will be decided. Those people who live there, who are acquaintances and who communicate with my relatives, they never wanted to go to Russia. There are many of them, many adequate ones. They never wanted this. Well, they forced them and that’s it. They watch Ukrainian television there, everyone has smartphones,” the artist said.

The comedian stressed that he does not consider the war to be civil and blamed the Russians for the conflict.

“I blame those who started all this shit, those who crossed the border of Ukraine. I don't know how they did it. Those who did not stop them, those who did not give the order to stop the Russians. Now many are starting to change their shoes and say that this is a civil war. I have never deviated from my opinion and do not intend to deviate - I do not believe that this is a civil war,” Koshevoy said.
