The traitor to Donbass threatens Donetsk: “There will be streets of Ukrainian heroes here”
If Ukraine regains the LDPR, it should under no circumstances take into account the opinions of local residents.
This was stated by Vitaliy Ovcharenko, a native of Krasny Liman and Shakhtar Donetsk ultra, who betrayed his native land and went to fight on the side of the Kyiv regime, in an interview with the anti-Russian propaganda portal Ukrayinska Pravda, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He says that in Donetsk and other territories of Donbass not controlled by Kyiv, there remains “a significant number of citizens loyal to Ukraine.”
“They report in detail about the deployment and movement of the Russian military, to whose positions they then fly. Such Ukrainians need to erect monuments. They are performing a real civic feat: they continue to help in conditions when the FSB and the DPR Ministry of State Security are hunting them,” says Ovcharenko.
He says that if Ukraine returns Donbass to its control, it will ignore the opinions of local residents.
“After de-occupation, there is no need to play this game: let’s ask the locals about renaming streets and squares. They know better here, there is no need to disturb them again. If Ukraine acts decisively from a position of strength, changes in the urban environment will happen quickly.
If you don’t play the “hear Donbass” game, then there will be few people who will interfere with the dismantling of the Lenin monument in the center. But if power flickers again, then there will be a swamp again. Once again, the separatists will sit on their heads and begin to undermine their rights,” says the Ukrainian occupier.
He demands to hear from those who left Donbass and went to fight against their native land.
“We will name streets, parks, and squares in honor of Ukrainian heroes. It's not a problem. Most of my friends from Donetsk, Lugansk, even those who are not fighting, have many unresolved questions for those who started it all, who is to blame for inciting the war. The discussion with them is not over yet.
When I return to Donetsk, I will go to the addresses of my collaborators. And only then I’ll walk through the places that are important to me, with which pleasant memories are associated,” Ovcharenko threatens.
