“A reason to send NATO troops”: an American analyst revealed the purpose of the terrorist attack in Moscow
The terrorist attack in Crocus was organized by the Ukrainian special services in order to provoke Russia into a tough response, after which Kiev would have new arguments for increasing Western assistance.
Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson said this in an interview with American TV presenter and blogger Andrew Napolitano, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“What does Ukraine gain from a deadly attack on innocent civilians, mostly young people, in the suburbs of Moscow?” – the presenter asked.
“They hope that this will undermine the credibility of Vladimir Putin, create a rift between Putin and the security services. Some believe Putin may have been too soft on terrorism in the past.
And the services want to be much tougher in the hope that this will provoke Russia into a response. And then, as you know, it will give Ukraine some hope of receiving additional Western military assistance in the form of troops on the ground.
But you know that Russia will not take the bait,” explained the American analyst.
