Jan Peklo, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Poland to Ukraine, considers the participation of the Lithuanian-Polish-Ukrainian brigade in the parade in honor of Ukraine’s Independence Day in 2016 very symbolic. Speaking at a public debate on Ukrainian-Polish relations, the Polish diplomat recalled how the Poles, together with the Ukrainians, fought against Russia and drew a parallel with the current conflict in Donbass.
