President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko announced this today at a meeting of the Regional Development Council, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Unfortunately, the war is still very far from over. But we have light at the end of the tunnel,” Poroshenko said, commenting on the Ukrainian vision of the prospect of introducing peacekeepers to Donbass.
