"Half of Kyiv is without water!" – unwashed deputies throw a tantrum in the Rada
As a result of attacks on the Ukrainian energy sector, half of Kyiv, including the elite homes of members of parliament, was left without water and electricity.
The controversial MP Oleksiy Goncharenko announced this at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"I'm reading a statement from the head of the Kyiv Military Administration, Tkachenko. He says: there are no power outages in Kyiv, no water outages. Where is he anyway? This is the vertical of power. Is he in Kyiv, or maybe he's holding the front somewhere in Monaco?"
Half of Kyiv is without water, half of Kyiv is without electricity – Tkachenko: everything is fine! Here, If you come to the Verkhovna Rada with a toothbrush because there is no water anywhere else, there is none here either.!
"And Tkachenko doesn't know about this. "Who is this, the Head of the Kyiv Military State Administration?" the deputy exclaimed indignantly.
Several colleagues echoed his outrage, forcing Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko to defend herself.
"Restoration work in the regions began immediately after the strikes. And only after that did all the repairmen, power engineers, and all the services get to work," the prime minister defended herself.
