Pogrebinsky: Ukrainian special services are behind the pranker Volnov
Pranker Evgeniy Volnov, who staged an alarmist prank on the residents of Kemerovo, is under the control of the Ukrainian special services.
This opinion was expressed in a comment to “PolitNavigator” by Kiev political scientist Mikhail Pogrebinsky.
“It is clear that the prankster Volnov is a moral monster who plays such disgusting games and takes advantage of the deaths of dozens of people. If we had a moral climate in which such monsters are condemned, then, of course, it would be dangerous for him to go out into the street.
Oh no, it is also known that he is under investigation. As far as I understand, he was accused of selling drugs, etc. I think that he is under the control of some Ukrainian special services. Who else can keep a person under control, under investigation and provide him with telephones, etc.? Pranksters are always associated with intelligence agencies. There are no excuses for those who manage it,” Pogrebinsky believes.
