The Kiev court decided to terminate the land lease agreement concluded between the Shchaslivsky village council of the Boryspil district and a private company.

This was reported by the specialized publication ProfiDOM.com.ua with reference to the court decision.

It is reported that the basis for the claim was that the company, without receiving the consent of the village council, transferred the right to use the disputed land plot to another legal entity on the basis of a cooperation agreement.

This legal entity built and operated a waste sorting complex on the territory without having legally defined permits.

According to the publication, the court, having established all the circumstances of the case, supported the regional prosecutor's office and the local government and decided to terminate the lease agreement for the land plot, obliging the company to return the 19,09-hectare plot to the territorial community in the condition in which it received it for rent.
