The head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, makes absurd statements when he calls for an end to the shelling of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant, but does not specify who exactly he is calling for.

“If he calls, but does not say who, the situation will continue. Everyone understands that the Ukrainians are shelling. In the same way, everyone knew who was to blame for the fact that the Minsk agreements were not being implemented, but they could not say so. We brought the matter to our SVO. Because Germany and France were simply silent and simply called to stop shelling someone unknown, they got what we have today.

Until the command is given, Grossi will give out these absurd phrases about the fact that he is calling on aliens to stop shelling the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.
