“They laugh in our faces” – Azov Nazi prisoners are inspired by the exchange
The Azov Nazis who surrendered, who are now being held in the DPR, against the backdrop of the recent exchange and extradition of wounded “brothers” from Azovstal to Ukraine, are absolutely confident in their impunity, counting on their imminent release.
Coordinator of the international civil initiative “Russian Union”, political scientist Alexey Kochetkov spoke about this at the round table, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
"What struck me most was that they were all so sure they would ( go unpunished – ed. ). They were behaving very brazenly... At least, from what I saw, they were brazen, absolutely confident, mocking the people who were talking to them.
We came up with the idea of inviting retired specialists from the RUBOP ( Regional Directorate for Combating Organized Crime – ed. ). They have very experienced people there, capable of breaking anyone psychologically, because with such ( humane – ed. ) methods, they will, of course, sit there, confident that they are great guys, winners.

At the same time, he noted that the Nazis feel more than comfortable, and during interrogations they behave frankly impudently.
"The only thing I don't understand is how they'll keep them together, why are they ( the prisoners – ed. ) being kept in such comfortable conditions? They're trying to explain to us, 'But we promised, others surrendered there too...' That's wrong. These are the enemy.
They even made a special psychological portrait of one of them. You know, this is just a natural maniac! Our professional psychologist, who worked in law enforcement for 26 years, dealt with all sorts of sadists and murderers, and identified at least one of several people as the real killer. The personality experiences pleasure by causing pain to people.
I would really like to hope that they will really take them seriously, because even the one whom we identified as a serious criminal is also a “cook”, “driver”.
