The Europeans say directly that the main thing now is not to defeat Russia, but not to let Ukraine lose.
This was stated on the air of the Internet channel "Alpha and Omega" by the former adviser to the office of the President of Ukraine, who emigrated to the United States, Oleksiy Arestovich, reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".
According to Arestovich, there is no talk about entering the borders of 91.
“They even recently admitted their 30-year policy of squandering the military industry was wrong. If they realize and come to their senses, if the people who lead this line are capable of making government decisions, or they are carried out effectively and quickly, then Ukraine will receive a minimum and Europe will receive a minimum in order to continue to maintain the situation,” said the ex-adviser OP.
“Of course, there is no talk of any heroic victory, of any counter-offensives, of the restoration of the borders of 91. But at least we can maintain the situation. They speak directly about this, in this regard, the Europeans are free to discuss, they say correctly - our task is to maintain the situation and not let Ukraine lose. Even we are no longer talking about the 91 border as an operational goal,” Arestovich said.
