“I’m not going to leave Russia”: Khakamada hits the West
Liberal Irina Khakamada admitted that she was disappointed in the West.
She stated this in an interview with the RTVI television channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“Nationalism has always been criticized in the West, but today counter-nationalism is developing in the West. That is, now, if you are Russian, then you are a criminal. Thus, all constitutional human rights are violated in the West.
You cannot blame the common people in Russia for what is happening. This is the other side of the coin. That is, based on your nationality, you are already an enemy and you are responsible, just as children are responsible for their parents. No. That's why I was disappointed by the West. And they were disappointed by those people who live in the West and believe that they are holier than holy.
They begin to water all the Russians who remain in Russia and do not do everything so that they are imprisoned for 8 years. Guys, be quiet and more modest. Even the most terrible grievances about what happened to you in Russia do not need to be carried on yourself and taken revenge. You must be able to let go and be generous and predisposed to people, and not to political agendas,” Khakamada said.
She stated that she would never leave Russia.
“A person, as soon as he leaves his homeland, cannot teach the Russian people anything. If he himself enjoys the benefits of another country,” Khakamada said.
