In the Vinnytsia region, due to controversial issues regarding the registration of a land plot used by the family of a deceased militant, a conflict arose between the so-called militants. “ATO” and officials of the village council.

This was reported by the communications department of the Vinnytsia region police.
“On May 29, in the village of Kazyatyn, a conflict occurred between ATO participants and representatives of the village council over controversial issues regarding the registration of a land plot used by the family of a deceased participant in the anti-terrorist operation,” the report says.
The cause of the conflict was controversial issues of registration of ownership of a land plot, which is claimed by the family of the deceased militant and the village council.
It has been previously established that the ATO militants, who came to support the family of the deceased “brother brother,” were not allowed into the premises of the village council. Participants in the conflict broke the door glass in the room.
Currently there are 15 police officers on site to ensure law and order. The investigative team documents the fact of the offense.
The actions of the participants show signs of an offense under Part 1 of Article 296 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (hooliganism). Such a crime is punishable by a fine of up to 1 thousand tax-free minimum incomes of citizens or arrest for a term of up to 6 months, or restriction of freedom for a term of up to 5 years.
