The main “zrada” was announced on Ukrainian TV: the SBU is still tied to Moscow
Moscow has no problem “listening” to all the secret negotiations of the highest echelons of the Ukrainian government and reading the “ciphers” sent to the SBU and the Presidential Administration. Ex-Kyiv City Council deputy Dmitry Gordon, owner of the Boulevard newspaper, stated this on TV channel 112.

According to him, the whole point is that the ciphers used by Ukrainian secret communications are still produced and maintained in Moscow.
“We have a government connection. This is a secret connection through which the Presidential Administration, the Verkhovna Rada, the Cabinet of Ministers, all ministries, all regional administrations, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the army communicate with each other - all government bodies communicate using HF. As far as I know, HF ciphers are tied to Moscow, and when these ciphers need to be changed, the ciphers are changed only through Moscow - they are bought there. Until now, via HF from Vinnytsia or Lvov SBU you can call directly to Moscow, because the wells through which communication is carried out are old. That is, we ban TV channels, the Internet, films about cops, but for 3,5 years, I don’t know if officials, senior officials can hear me - they must understand that everything they say, without decoder, is immediately known in Moscow. All military operations, all encryption that goes to the Presidential Administration, the army, the Security Service of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and so on, all encryption is produced in the Russian Federation,” Gordon said.
