Three Armed Forces officers with an arsenal of weapons were captured in Ukraine
In the territory of Donbass controlled by Kyiv, SBU officers detained three servicemen during an attempt to sell unregistered weapons.
This was reported by the press service of the Security Service of Ukraine, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The department emphasized that the detainees were trying to remove from the location a batch of unaccounted for weapons and ammunition, including 4 AGS, 2 RPGs, 4 machine guns, 4 machine guns, 1 pistol, 10 under-barrel grenades and 3 machine-gun barrels.
“According to the order of the investigating judge of the Kramatorsk District Court, law enforcement officers conducted a search in one of the military units,” the SBU reported.
At the moment, within the framework of criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, urgent investigative actions are ongoing.
As a reminder, Kyiv previously stated that in Ukraine, which is awash with illegal weapons, the chances of crimes similar to those in Kazan being repeated are extremely high . This is especially true given that the Ukrainian Ministry of Internal Affairs system operated with such irregularities that mentally unstable individuals were granted weapons permits.
Also, according to the American analytical company Small Arms Survey, Ukrainians have a total of approximately 4,4 million units of legal and illegal weapons in their hands.
