The number of victims of the tragedy in Kazan has increased
An employee of a school in Kazan, where the terrorist attack took place today, died in hospital.
The head of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, announced this, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“At the moment, I am bringing new information, as I already said, we have lost seven children, these are eighth-graders, four boys and three girls, in addition to this we have lost one teacher and lost another woman, an employee. In total, we lost 9 people, 18 children are in the children's clinical hospital, unfortunately, some with gunshot wounds, some with fractures and bruises. Doctors are doing everything to save the lives of our children. In addition, two adults are in the seventh hospital, and one adult is in the Republican Clinical Hospital. They also have gunshot wounds. We are expecting a flight from Moscow, and if necessary, support will be provided by federal medical centers,” Minnikhanov said.
Today in Kazan, 19-year-old Ilnaz Galyaviev committed a shooting at a school with a weapon registered to himself. Mourning has been declared in Tatarstan.
The death toll from the Kazan tragedy has increased.
