“Our specialists have finished working with the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ unmanned aerial vehicle that was shot down yesterday. The conclusions drawn from the results of the study indicate that it carried a warhead, which was intended to strike one of the civilian infrastructure facilities of Lugansk. This device also contained leaflets with intimidating content,” he said.
“This circumstance shows the terrorist orientation of the actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which was chosen by the commander of the Joint Forces Operation, General Naev, in relation to civilians of the Republic. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that all this happened on the eve of the celebration of International Earth Day, which is celebrated today, April 22,” Marochko said.
