Dozens of bales of straw and hay are scattered on the asphalt in the area of ​​Proriznaya Street. This kind of performance is very popular with Kiev residents and guests of the capital who walk along the street.

“My children are just delighted, jumping and falling all over themselves. Surprisingly, but very interesting to see such a hayloft on Khreshchatyk. We took a photo for memory, otherwise no one there would believe that there is so much straw on the main street of Kyiv,” Marina, who came from Krivoy Rog, shared her impressions.

Let us note that this is not the first year in a row that a hayloft has been built on Khreshchatyk. Utility workers complain about this tradition, who then find it difficult to remove hay and straw from the main street of Kyiv.
