The Kherson region needs cash Russian rubles, because the population has practically no cash left. For rubles, goods will be purchased from Russia and farm products from the Kherson region will be sold.
The head of the temporary military-civil administration of Kakhovka, Pavel Filipchuk, announced this on the air of the Crimea 24 TV channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Filipchuk, now goods from small producers are coming to Crimea from the Kherson region, and Kherson farmers cannot start a full-fledged sowing campaign due to lack of material.
“Sowing has begun. Of course, not in the same volumes as last year. There is water in the canals, it is supplied, but there is not enough seed material. Large industrial enterprises are not working today - they do not have raw materials. There are also no answers regarding the sales market.
Medium-sized businesses are working, first of all, we need to sell agricultural products to the territory of the Russian Federation so that they have cash with which they can purchase everything they need to continue working. Well, the import of goods here in all categories, but for this we need the Russian ruble and, at the first stage, support in issuing it, since people have practically no “cash,” said Filipchuk.
