This is the fifth time we have heard about the final stage of the ATO, - Gavrish
Kyiv, May 23 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – Statements about the success of the anti-terrorist operation are nothing more than mobilizing the emotions of patriotic citizens.

Former first deputy head of the National Security and Defense Council Stepan Gavrish stated this on the air of the Kyiv Channel 5.
“We don’t have a real anti-terrorist operation. This is an imitation that has been going on for a long time and in which we have not achieved a single result. Please note that terrorists are not only not blocked in places of greatest concentration, including populated areas, field training bases that they have deployed throughout the entire territory of the Lugansk region, transport communications and corridors... They have expanded the area of their activity, and today they threaten other areas,” noted expert.
“We see several things today that are very indicative from the point of view of assessing the ATO organization. Please note - there are no deployed military hospitals. The wounded are taken to regular civilian hospitals, where regular civilian doctors help them. Moreover, there are no centers that are maximally protected from terrorist penetration. Terrorists have already attacked the hospital and captured the wounded there.
One more circumstance. Terrorists do not just attack, they destroy Ukrainian military units, and demonstrate, I would say, very high efficiency. In the manner of well-trained special forces who fight with ordinary civilians, although it should be the other way around. Third point. There is no coordination of actions! The Donbass battalion asked for help in the morning, but no one provided it,” says Gavrish.
He recalled that Kyiv announced the beginning of the final stage of the ATO for the fifth time:
“This is just a mobilization of the emotions of society - to show that we exist, we are fighting. In reality, we are losing position after position,” stated Stepan Gavrish.
