Kyiv, March 15 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – Considering yesterday’s events in Kharkov, and the real threat to the lives of civilians in the South-East, the Russian Foreign Ministry states that numerous requests for their protection will be considered.

“Alarming information is being received that a convoy with armed mercenaries of the Right Sector has left Kharkov for Donetsk and Lugansk, whose leaders have announced the opening of the “eastern front”, and at one of the garment factories they are urgently sewing Russian military uniforms,” - noted in the message
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov drew the attention of US Secretary of State John Kerry to the danger of the Verkhovna Rada’s decisions to legitimize the “Right Sector” by turning them into systemic security structures like the National Guard on March 14, the diplomatic department emphasizes.
At the same time, he urged his American colleague to use Washington’s influence on Kyiv to curb the rampant ultra-nationalists.
“Russia receives many requests to protect civilians. These appeals will be considered,” they emphasize on Smolenskaya Square.
