“Moscow is betting on the chaos after the second round” – Kiev expert
Russia's task is supposedly to create, following the results of the second round, conditions under which both presidential candidates came out with approximately the same percentages and began mutual provocations.
Valentin Badrak, director of the Center for Army Research, Conversion and Disarmament, executive director of the League of Defense Enterprises of Ukraine, stated this in an interview with Apostrophe, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“Of course, there are risks, and Russia is acting very seriously here, whose task today is to create conditions when two candidates come out with approximately the same percentage, when two or one percent separates - for them, the less, the better. This creates a precedent for various courts and proceedings, including in Russia they say that someone will take [people out onto the streets].
They say in plain text, literally quoting a Russian technologist, who says on television that if Zelensky wins by one or two percent, Poroshenko will involve the SBU, if Poroshenko wins by two percent, then Zelensky and Tymoshenko will withdraw Avakov’s battalions. That is, this is an idea that is ripening in Russia, which they are nurturing, they want this,” Badrak said.
