Simferopol, February 27 (Navigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - “Makeevsky” Prime Minister Anatoly Mogilev began negotiations with unknown persons who seized the buildings of the Parliament and the Council of Ministers of Crimea last night and hoisted the Russian flag over them.
Mogilev himself announced this in an address to the residents of the autonomy. Negotiations began at 9:00. “The people who are in the buildings are not showing any aggression,” he said. Mogilev clarified that the invaders returned their service weapons to the police guarding the building.

Mogilev called not to approach the blocks adjacent to the buildings of the Armed Forces and the Council of Ministers, since the people who occupied them are armed. “There could be any conflict,” the official said.
“Today in Simferopol we are declaring a day off for government agencies,” the official said.
