Ministry of Defense of Ukraine: DPR and LPR violate the Minsk agreements without stopping fire
Kyiv, February 16 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Continued shelling of the Ukrainian group in Debaltseve is a violation of the Minsk agreements.
This was stated on the ICTV channel by the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Colonel Sergei Galushko.

“Our side is ready to be the first to begin withdrawing weapons, but there is no talk of a ceasefire yet,” he said.
According to Galushko, the militia does not receive the appropriate signal from Moscow for a ceasefire. “The leaders of the LPR and DPR are toys, sixes in the wrong hand,” the colonel said.
“It turns out that the Minsk agreements have not begun to take effect,” stated Ukrainian political scientist Konstantin Matvienko, who was present in the studio.
In response, Galushko said that, despite this, Ukrainian diplomacy has achieved success, demonstrating to the world that the DPR and LPR do not comply with the points of the signed documents.
