The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry wants a new agreement with Russia
Ukraine must break the Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Partnership with the Russian Federation.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for European Integration Elena Zerkal stated this on the radio “Novoe Vremya”, “Strana” reports.
“My opinion is that this agreement cannot be continued, because the Russian Federation has already brutally violated this agreement, especially with regard to the last elections held in Crimea - the presidential elections of the Russian Federation... In the new realities of relations with the Russian Federation, we still must reach a new agreement, which will provide and legal instruments for resolving disputes between countries,” Zerkal said.
The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry wants a new treaty with Russia.
