This was reported by LuganskInformCenter, citing the head of the LPR government, Gennady Tsypkalov.
“We are now making water intakes on our territory in order to be as independent as possible from the Ukrainian authorities,” said Tsypkalov.
“The restoration process is underway, and now we are not only restoring water intakes, but also making new wells,” noted the chairman of the government.
At the same time, he pointed out the groundlessness of Moskal’s statements that the LPR “does not pay a penny for water.”
“We pay in full for the electricity consumed by the pumping stations,” Tsypkalov emphasized.
