People are fleeing Kharkov: in winter the city will be uninhabitable
Due to the destroyed thermal generation, the population of Kharkov is facing a difficult winter; many are already planning to leave the city and region.
Kharkiv media personality Yuriy Larin stated this on Radio NV, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The situation is objectively complicated, because CHPP-5, which was completely destroyed, provided a significant part of Kharkov with thermal energy, and the region with electricity...
"Obviously, more far-sighted people are planning their travel or wintering options somewhere other than Kharkiv or the Kharkiv region. Because it's clear that Kharkiv will experience the most difficult winter in Ukraine's history. There's no heat or electricity generation . While electricity can be transmitted from neighboring regions, heat is impossible to transmit," Larin stated.
