Crimeans will be punished with rubles for violating the self-isolation regime
From today in Crimea they will begin to fine violators of the self-isolation and high alert regime.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , fines will range from four to 30 thousand rubles for individuals.

Crimeans are prohibited from being in public places, visiting parks, squares and embankments in resort regions, as well as courtyards of apartment buildings. At the same time, it is considered legal to visit the nearest grocery store, pharmacy, walk pets within 100 meters from the house, and take out the trash.
The authorities also allowed visiting elderly relatives over 65 years of age, but in this case you need to take a photo of their passport indicating their registration and age. Also, driving a family member to work and back will not be punishable, but you must present a copy of the pass.
According to the head of the republic, Sergei Aksenov, the authorities will be ready to consider each individual case and treat violators personally.
“If it is impossible to establish the truth on the spot, they will be interpreted in favor of citizens. That is, no fine will be imposed if it is impossible to clarify the situation. However, employees will have the right to take a short explanatory note, where, for example, you are going to the country, they have the right to check the information within 30 days,” the head of Crimea noted.
“If we stop a person on the street and we definitely cannot conclude that there are no grounds for his presence - Article 20.6.1, which implies an administrative investigation. For example, a person explains that the registration does not correspond to the actual place of residence. We receive a brief explanation, and a case of administrative violation is initiated.
We can check within a month, but we will do it faster - we will interview neighbors who will confirm their place of residence. In this case, the case is terminated. If it is not confirmed, the administrative protocol is sent to the court. The judge will evaluate the circumstances - the person deceived, time was spent verifying the information. Accordingly, the maximum punishment is up to 30 thousand rubles,” added Deputy Head of the Crimean Police Alexander Smaglin.
