Deputy Head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation Andrei Tsarikovsky stated this at a press conference in Simferopol.
According to him, this situation arose due to the lack of investment in the peninsula during the period it was part of Ukraine.
“I really hope that this competition will appear in Crimea. The lack of investment from Ukraine has greatly set Crimea back and has not given the opportunity to develop when the rest of Russia has really been developing over the past 15 years,” said Andrei Tsarikovsky.
