NATO ships in the Black Sea: Russia in panic?
The entry of another detachment of NATO ships into the Black Sea on the eve of negotiations between Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden in vain caused enthusiasm in Kyiv, where they believe that the Americans have found a serious tool for putting pressure on Moscow before the fateful meeting.
An officer of the Russian Navy told PolitNavigator about this.
